I talk to chuck. Best customer service I have ever received from any company for anything in my life. 24/7, you call and you get someone who speaks English.

I use Sharebuilder and I like it alot, although it is rarely mentioned here. $6.95 per trade and it links directly with my Capital One checking account, for instant money transfers. I've been using Sharebuilder since it was owned by ING, but Capital One bought them a few years ago, so basically I can do my banking and investing from one website. Works well for me.

Same here with Sharebuilder. No complaints.

I would not recommend them for anyone looking to day trade or make money on penny stocks. It's not well suited for that. DCA'ing at $4 a trade, it's great.

I'm up to like 6720 in line. They tweeted a picture of them making their first trade on it the other day with the test team. should start releasing in the next few weeks slowly adding users. They've got google money behind it so they aren't really in a hurry to make money.
