And still couldn't buy a 3 bedroom house in SF.

You can make it hard on yourself or easy on yourself. I only buy property for $0.50 on the dollar or less. I charge under fair market rents and only get perfect tenants. Don't rent to the first dude that has the money. I like really old people and young couples.

As in how do I find the best deals? HUD homes have been gold for me. Also, have you seen the signs around every city that says "CALL ME I WILL BUY YOUR HOUSE TODAY"? Those are the best. My number has been up there before....

Can't say on here. If I tell the truth, I'll either be called out for bragging/new money/a-hole or called a liar.

I am curious to know how others in my field and other fields do in comparion, but you're just not gonna get much truth on here.
