What % of your take home do you save vs invest?

Wondering how the MT board balances saving vs investing.

I put away (invest) no less than 15%, including company match of 4%. Others on this board have reported 20%, 25% and even higher.
Savings - I've had 6 months put away in a money market fund (now paying .9) for many years.

I save to invest. When I see an opportunity to make money I jump on it. I just keep 6-8 months of living expenses in a separate account and then the rest is fair game.
