I'm calling BS on him doing M&A, PE, and IB. If he has those experiences as he claims, he would not be posting on the MTB asking about turnaround management. He would already have connections throughout the finance world that could open doors.

My m n a experience was helping a small business sell to a large corporation.
I also want to focus more operationally than financially. Cutting dead weight and improving sales imo doesn't increase a business long term value
