may be wrong, but it sounds like you easily qualify to return the truck under the lemon law. I would at least look in to that option.
That thing has a 100,000 mile warranty. You will have it traded in long before then. You failed to mention you were a farmer.
Last september I purchased a new, 2012 chevrolet silverado, duramax diesel. The truck has had problems with a fuel sensor multiple times (same thing 4-5 times) all repaired and replace under warranty.
REASONABLE NUMBER OF REPAIR ATTEMPTS
The manufacturer must repurchase or replace a motor vehicle (other than a motor home) if either of the following occurs:
1. The nonconformity is not repaired after four or more attempts within the warranty term or within one year of the vehicle’s original delivery to the consumer, whichever is earlier, or
2. The vehicle is out of service by reason of repair for cumulative total of 90 or more calendar days during the warranty period.
