Thoughts on Amedica (AMDA)?

This stock is currently trading from $0.35-$0.37
I work in the spine surgery space and their material (silicon nitride) is one of a kind because it actively fights infection once implanted.
The stock has gotten as high as $90+ but the leadership has destroyed the company.
They weren't profitable the last 2 years but continue to expand FDA clearances for use.
I feel like they are primed for an acquisition.
Thoughts on taking a flyer?

It seems like most of these biotechs are roulette wheels .

What numbers do you find most useful when researching if a company is more likely to be acquired vs bankruptcy
