Suggestions on tsp allocations

Which funds in the tsp program would the money talk folks recommend. I got at least 25 years to contribute.

I have been in the TSP for 15 years. I have tried to "play" the market but the fund transfer process is so slow you can miss the gains or get hammered by the drops before your money transfers.
With 25 years left stick it in the C fund and let it ride.
