MAIN has been good for me. It is pretty high right now though.

2 tips- look for stocks that have a history of increasing the dividend around 10% every year (this is critical if you are looking at something for a long term hold). Also, be wary of a high yield or payout ratio, as a dividend cut could be right around the corner.
