still waiting for tax statements

Several of my friends have already filed. Some say they got their refunds already, but I am not 100% sure about that.
My 1099's didnt come til last week and I'm still waiting on some K-1's.
When do all of you get your last tax statement?

I was told mine would be mailed no later than March 3rd. Some international holdings and income classification issue holding them up.
It sounded like March 3rd was the latest they could be mailed for any reason/issue

K-1's aren't like W-2's. You need to be proactive and stay on the people you need to contact to get them done and in your hands.

The absolute deadline for someone to issue you a K-1 without being subject to penalties is September 15th. The entity issuing the K-1 could request an extension of time to file its return until then.

I only had simple W2s so I've already filed and received my refunds.

if you have K1s be prepared to file an extension. Last year, I got a K1 hand delivered on April 14th. 
I should get 10 K1s this year (i am not a baller by any means), and have received 2.

I owe like $600 this year assuming I the K1 I should be getting comes in on time. Not gonna file til the 15th.
