FSA, Farm Credit and a farming CPA are your needs.
What state do you plan to operate your business and I may can help point you in the right directions.
You will qualify for beginning credit with FSA and Farm Credit - and it is the best leverage deal in town.

Ahh you may be who ive been looking for.
So plan on doing the same thing as the OP except I don't already have the land. I know there are some state and fed programs that assist with ag. I have been meaning to go sit down with LA land bank but haven't had time. Is there any programs here in LA you would recommend I look into for assistance on acquiring the land? Tia

There are beginning farmer loans at FSA for farm ownership, as well. If you can get a bank to sign on the limits go much higher.
