We have BCBS, just curious what the out of pocket cost were after insurance?

Depends on your policy but possibly just a copay if it's done outpatient

There are probably 1000s of BCBS policies. Ours with OGB, last year, we paid 250 for the surgery center copay. The surgeon and anesthesia doc were covered at 100 percent. We also paid 80 co pays for pre and post op visits.
