Solar stocks question

With all the tax credits ended or ending, are there any companies worth taking a long term shot at today.
First solar appears to have the best financials of the big ones.
I'm just wondering what everyone thinks. I wouldn't mind putting a small amount, maybe 5-7k into one with the idea of holding for a pretty long time.

I'm in SCTY but it's a short term play.. Think they are going to get bought out soon
