Sounds like cause if they want to sue under that non-compete. I know the buyers remorse is in full effect with that pile of garbage company they bought from him.

Not sure it sounds like cause. It looks like all they did was merge some existing companies into one holding company. One of the companies being the company his grandfather started.

I agree there is no cause there. It is obvious though that those companies have seen an injection of capital in the past 2 years. Now we know where it came from.

I was joking about the cause thing, but it wouldn't' surprise me if they did it anyway. CBI's shareholders have a lot to be unhappy about with that guy.
