Seriously motivated house seller!

We had a lady here locally that put a car (not a junker either) in the front yard that came with the house. She got a lot of publicity, don't know if it worked or not.

I have heard some things about people holding raffles to sell their houses. And most seem to work. They end up making more money than if they had just tried to sell it normally.
A 200k house would need 4k $50 raffle tickets to break even. 2k @ $100.
