250-300k feels about right of the person is actively involved in every aspect of the business. ~15 employees eats into that revenue pool rapidly.

Id put a base at 200k...and work up to 250-280k in bonus.

if i had to guess his true net is around the 10% range, if so i would thing a president with non ownership status would make around the $100-120K range

managing 15 people is not really that grand of a task

no way to answer this based on the anorexic details given. Many critical details missing. Have you calculated a required return yet? Do you know what that is? Do you have an MBA? What is the NPV?

The short answer would be what is the industry norm, then amend that for productivity.

The longer answer would be to analyze what they are doing and how much you want to keep them.
