Residential contractor for home purchase renovations

Looking at putting an offer on a house in the BR area, but it needs some work (windows, new AC duct to sun room, painting). Trying to find someone who can come out and price the renovations for purposes of submitting offer and then actually do the reno. Any ideas?

Getting a contractor in BR is going to be difficult. Most are tied up with flood renovations. The ones that aren't, I'd be suspect of them.
