So I'm looking to re-fi my current mortgage. I'm a few years a 30 but at 5.5% with Chase. My credit score is(was) in the upper 700's, when I bought the house. Looking to drop as much as I can.

Anybody have someone they can refer me too? TIA

I recently refinanced with my existing mortgage company, and would suggest you go with someone with a local branch (mine did not have one).

Make sure you get more than one quote, but do it within 14 days of each other to not hurt your credit score. With that score, you should be able to get a good rate.

Probably what you will get with that score. 30 year closer to 4%.

I am in the exact same situation. Same bank, same rate, same length in. Didn't get much response when I asked this a few weeks ago.
