Received a job offer from a company with a pending FSLA lawsuit

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I figure I'd get better responses here than on the OT.
Earlier today, a former co-worker reached out to me and gave me a job offer to work with his start-up company. I did a Google search for his company's name and one of the first results that came up was a pending lawsuit filed in February against him in regards to the Fair Standards Labor Act. Under "Nature of Suit", it has "710 Labor - Fair Labor Standards Act". I can't really get any info on the specifics as I would need a PACER subscription to do so.
What exactly does the Nature of Suit mean? I'm wary of asking the company owner who contacted me today about it since he might not be 100% honest or not be at liberty to discuss it. Hell, for all I know, it might not even be anything serious, but this is a bit of a red flag to me, especially since this is a fairly new company.
Thanks in advance

if this other company can't educate you about the situation you shouldn't work for them.

Do you have any friends that are lawyers? They can use their pacer account and see the specific allegations.

If you post the court and case number, I will tell you what the allegations are.

I have it. Locked myself out of pacer. Give me a few mins.

Plaintiff is an individual who claims to have worked there for 17 days in January 2017 and to have not been paid at all. Was supposedly to have been paid $5k per month. Can email complaint if you post your email.

Probably should not take this offer if you have a stable job already
