Real Estate Closing question

Anyone know if a title company will perform a real estate closing on a weekend?

If the $$$ is right. The problem is that it may be a dry closing (not funded until a workday)

That doesn't sound good.
I wouldn't care about it being a dry closing, though. I'm assuming you mean that we could just get all the documents signed, etc on a Saturday but that I (seller) wouldn't receive the funds until Monday?

Well, you've got to remember that you've got to get people to come in on their day off. In my case, I would have to pay my people extra for working on the weekend.
