Property rental evaluations.
Posted by hay fighting tiger on 5/23/16 at 7:55 pm00
How can I find out a fair price to rent my property to a company that wants to buy my business and rent my building?

Commercial real estate broker or an appraiser. Broker will probably do it for free/cheap. Appraiser would cost more.

You could use loopnet to researche typical PSF rental rates near you.

Loopnet asks for premium subscription to see all listings,
LACDB or Catylist works better for me and they all seem to work off the same database.
