Looking for some deals in the flood zone, but can't seem to find a single home that has a previous sales price atttached to the home's history
EX:LINK /
what the frick did it sell for when ever it sold before the flood?
I've checked about 15 so far to see if ANY have a "last sold price" and NONE have a previous listing.
It could be just random luck, but I'm actually pretty pissed about it.

I see homes that flooded that list a previous sale price. Example Bristol Ave in Sherwood Forest

Weird, it's posted for BTR homes, but not any I'm clicking in Denham. Wonder if it's a parish reporting issue.

You can look at the assessed value. If there was a big jump, that was probably the sale price.

Pretty sure Livingston doesn't let you look home sales up online, so that is probably it.

You could call the agent. I would imagine it was 105-115 a sq ft. Think you could make 20 grand flipping it?

My house didn't flood and I'm in the St amant school district. One of the very few who didn't flood. I was figuring on selling my house for a good profit and buying some property that went under water for the first time in 2016 for cheap from some people looking to bail but it doesn't look like that's happening anywhere.

That's happening all over, you are just not looking hard enough.
