Pink sheets/ penny stocks

Buddy does it and loves it. Seems sketchy and way to risky too me. Anyone here play the pink sheets or penny stocks? Thoughts?

Not worth the risk. The only stocks I ever lost on were penny stocks.

They can lie all they want with no repercussions.

No regulations on the pink sheets.

I played the peeny stocks once, definitely satisfied my bicuriousness, never again.
