Anyone have any experience with this account?
I have looked into it and it looks like a solid replacement for my online savings account. It offers 4.01% APY compared to the ~0.9% my current online account gets. To receive the 4% interest, you must qualify by doing the following:
-Minimum $10,000 balance
-Be enrolled and receive FREE eStatement
-Be enrolled and log into online banking
-Have at least 15 debit card purchases post and settle
-Have at least 1 direct deposit, online bill payment, or automatic payment (ACH) post and settle

I have a similar account with another credit union.
You will get 4.01% up to $10K everything above that you get 0.5%.

Ah that makes sense. Still a lot better than the 0.9% from my current account online. I figure I could just use this as my emergency fund and throw $10,000 in there, plus my money would much more accessible.

Many banks and Credit unions have accounts like this. Shop around.

Really? I can't find any. Help me out. I googled Kasasa and can't seem to find a list of banks/credit unions in LA offering Kasasa accounts. Would love to check this out.

Here is link to the Pelican Credit Union one. Did not realize there were a lot of offers like this. Seems like a no brainer.
