Payoff Quote on Mortgage (Ocwen)

I was one of the unfortunate that ended up with Ocwen after GMAC folded. I'm selling my house and the title company called and said that they can't get a payoff quote from Ocwen. They asked if I would try, so I agreed.

I went through the automated call system and requested one faxed over last week. It never came through so I called yesterday and they said that they already faxed it, but that they would resend it through email and to give it a few hours. It never came so I called again today and they said that they would resend it via email (I reconfirmed my email address to be sure).

I still haven't received it. I have a link in my online account that let's me click to download it, but I keep getting an error.

So, I've tried all three ways of getting this payoff quote with no success. What other options do I have? I didn't realize how terrible Ocwen was until this week since I really haven't had to deal with them until now. Any help would be appreciated.
