Opening an HSA (Health Savings Account) - Best Options?

Hi there Money Talk brothers and sisters!
I am looking to open an HSA, and one thing I have always been very wary about are high fee sites and other products which almost eliminate the advantage of the program altogether. I know many of you likely have HSAs setup through employers, on your own, etc. - so what program or bank do you use and how are the fees?
I am a Vanguard guy for other investments, so generally I am happy to take on things myself so long as I don't "know" I am being taken to the cleaners by fees.
Thanks for you help MT.

Back when I had an HSA, I went with HSA Bank which had Vanguard investments.

I've used HSA Bank for around 5 years. The fees aren't bad, and I've never had a problem with them.

HSA Bank linked to a TDAmeritrade account.

I have mine with HSA bank linked to Vanguard. I keep mine in mutual funds.

I'm stuck with Optum Bank currently. I wouldn't wish them on an enemy. When I leave my current employer, HSA Bank and TD is where I'll be transferring my account.
