Just reported pretty solid numbers, exceeded expectations, no downgrade on guidance...and it's down 5%....not sure I want to try to find the bottom, but I think we'll rebound to $165-170 and possibly beyond fairly quickly. Anyone want to give me a reason not to?

I bought at $31.53 on 1-6-16. Check out Take Two (TTWO) and Activision Blizzard (ATVI). Take-Two Interactive is an American multinational publisher and distributor of video games and video game peripherals. Take-Two wholly owns publishers Rockstar Games (Grand Theft Auto) and 2K Games (NBA 2K). Activision owns Call of Duty, Wolrd of Warcraft, Destiny, and Candy Crush. They are also developing their own professional esports league. Twitch, the Amazon-owned streaming video service known for its live gaming content, has recently signed a deal to stream some of Activision Blizzard's biggest live eSports events over the next two years. I got both at $34 and $36 respectively.

NVidia is a chip maker more than a game program developer. Those are two totally different areas.
That being said nvidia and intel and some other chip makers have not gone up like most other stocks, they do appear to be undervalued especially when you consider every expensive device going forward should have some chips in it.

Nvidia is up 50% YTD and 155% TTM....it also has a pretty high forward P/E ratio. But it's clear that the market still likes the stock. Friday was a healthy correction. I got in at 155 and we're now trading in the 162. Not a bad call.

I invite all you downvoter to, in the future, participate in constructive dialogue instead of just down voting for the hell of it.

Nvidias upside and growth potential lies in Nvidia being a pioneer chip maker in the self-driving car space. I can also see Nvidia being integral to powering AI. GPUs for crypto mining power continues to boost Nvidias earnings potential.
As a seeing trade though, I had a good day. Not sure how long I'll hang on, but I still see short-term and long term upside potential.

I mentioned Nvidia on a thread a few weeks ago. I have owned it for about 3 months now. They are also making chips related to AI, so I think they are going to be a mover and shaker.

Bump because I'm up 20% since this thread.

Nice call! This board should have more of these threads IMO.
