New car buying question

Trying to decide between a 2014 and 2013 vehicle of the same model and same options. No difference between the two years and the 2013 is priced 4% less than the 2014 (sure I can get him to go lower since they'll want to move the 2013s).
Should I go for the 2013, and if not, what percentage should I hold out before I switch from a 2014 to 2013?

you're in a great position, go for the 2013 and low ball them . they will want to move it.

What make and model? Are there any differences between the two model years?
When I was searching for my (used) Yukon it seemed like one model year newer (2009) made a significant difference in price - and that's between years with absolutely no discernible differences.

I'd definitely go with the 2013 model. Then again, I drive vehicles to the point where there really isn't that big of a difference in resale.

Getting a Toyota Land Cruiser. I drive a 2008 yukon too with 115K miles. Plan on keeping it 5 or 6 years.

Smart move. There's no difference in the 2013 and 2014 that I'm aware of. The LC will retain its value as well. Welcome to the LC Club, except yours is a bit more pussified than my 1997.

Shoot for a bigger discount and get the '13.
