FID means Final Investment Decision and it comes from whoever has the money.

The Port Meridian deal is still subject to FID on their side. Not sure even a binding agreement with Meridian can secure Magnolia's financing until the downstream side firms up.

Won't they eventually end up converting all the shares to LY? I thought I read that somewhere, but I may have read it wrong.

They are not sure what will happen with F and Y. They are going to dual list this summer with a ticker here in the states. I hope for just an up list from lngly. Not sure lnglf will be converted how it is structured through Goldman Sachs. I would hope it does and believe it should to the people that hold it. I had 50k shares of lnglf and recently sold and bought lngly just in case it doesn't convert. I didn't want to be caught trying to sell one and biy another on a run up. Details should come as they figure it out.
