Legality of selling HUD house.

I bought a HUD home 18 months ago. I love it. Bought it cheap and it appraises for more than double now. Had no interest of leaving, but got a great job offer and am looking at leaving. What are the legalities of this? I have no idea what the procedure is and don't want to do something wrong.

No issues from HUD. If you also got local incentives or bond money, there might be issues there.
