LA State Tax Return Discrepancy

My CPA told me I would be getting over 6k back from my LA tax return and I just got a deposit for 3600. Has anyone experienced a discrepancy like this?

You should be getting a letter in the mail very soon with an explanation. They probably made a change to your return. When you get that letter, call your CPA and go from there.

shite, I owed $550 to the state this year. Maybe I should've only sent them $200.
