LA 1099-INT, why did I get this?

Seems to be related to my tax refund, but isn't the usual 1099-G and is about 0.3% of my refund amount. Does LA pay interest since it took them damn near 6 months to give me my refund.

LA stars paying interest after 90 days. Compare the amount of refund requested on your tax return to the amount actually rec'd.

wouldn't even worry about putting it on your tax return. i don't worry about claiming the $.50 i made in interest on my checking account
