I am also thinking about renovating my kitchen plus my patio but do not have a clue what I want or how it could be done.

How do you go about finding someone to give me ideas\options\etc?

For my renovation, I looked on the Houzz website for ideas and had a neighbor that renovates houses come over to see what could be done.
You can also hire a kitchen design consultant.

No lie, my wife and i watched the crap out of HGTV for about 4 months. Took notes on what styles we liked or didnt like. Then she was also able to utilize pintrest. Got it all done in 6 weeks. It turned out awesome. Good luck.

What I did was date an interior designer. She was eager, the sex was awesome and I got a new kitchen at the "special" prices extended to professionals. All I had to do was write the checks while she supervised the contractors.

I highly recommend this approach.

^ I'm closing on the 30th and have tons of ideas.

Also if you have a local showroom go there. Luckily I live by Amish country here in Illinois so Schrock cabinets has a showroom & even better there is a cabinet outlet there in Arthur that has cabinets for thousands off due to small defects. The set I liked was 17k cabinets and they had it marked down to 6k.

Mrs. Füt would probably have reservations as to me doing this.

I have a master bathroom that is functional but I'd like to upgrade it and change the layout.

Anyone know of a web-based bathroom layout design tool?

TIA
