IDV- ishares International Select Dividend Opinions?

Anyone own IDV? It's an international ETF play for dividends, mostly Europe, Canada.
Near 52 week lows, pays near a 5% quarterly dividend with a reasonable .50 exp ratio.
I'm curious about the tax treatment. Anyone have any info on this fund? Thinking about moving some Roth $ over.
