Ideal return on rental property?
Posted by 420centraltime on 1/2/17 at 9:09 am00
Looking at what returns my fellow landlords are getting.
My family has been in the business since the 60s and my grandfather built most of the rentals himself or paid straight cash.
So my question to you is as some one thinking of jumping into the business, what is your ideal return on the property?

Your return will depend on how much effort you want to put into it. Some properties take care of themselves but will have a low return. Others require a lot of work but may hit 20-25%
