It is currently " To be a productive member at any position granted to me and to gain knowledge in this particular field for future use."
Good, bad? Any suggestions?

Terrible if you want my honest opinion.
I hate objective statements. They already know what job you are applying for. If you must have one make it a summary statement about your abilities/skills.

This. I'd rather not see one than see something like that.

Then your goal should be to learn
Whether you want to put that on there is your own business

Change it to something simpler:

probably from a theater or english major working in HR. the guy doing their hiring won't care, but it probably impresses the person filtering the resumes...

I have a "Summary Statement" that reads like this:
Experienced (insert industry) with significant project execution experience, business development partnerships, and financial negotiations which have allowed (clients) to become a benchmark for peer growth.

I've never understood the goal statement on a resume and have never put one on there. A bad one or one that is misinterpreted by only 1 person looking at it lands it in the garbage can.
