Help needed on 401k?

I was looking over my 401k and wondered what the concensus is on overall good funds. I'm contributing 5%, my Co matches 4% and sometimes more depending on performance. The majority of the funds are T Rowe Price and Vanguard choices. My time line to retirement is about 18-20 yrs. Right now I'm in T Rowe Price mid cap and small cap, and vanguard Intl Growth and they are right at even over the past yr but up 6% in Oct. Any advice is really appreciated!

I was referring to advice on the different funds.

You said "any".
ETA, although if you want my 2 cents, I'd get some greater exposure into larger cap stocks rather than just small and mid-caps. For better or for worse (I'd argue for worse), our current political/economic structure does not seem real conducive to small or mid-cap type companies exceeding larger companies in performance.

Yes, I guess you're right!

See above. Edited to add 2 cents worth (being generous, maybe) of advice.

Try T. Rowe Price Growth Fund. It's a large growth fund.

Do you have it setup for a periodic auto-rebalance?

Contribute $18,000 per year.

No, I do not on mine but I think my wife's is set up on rebalance. What is the benefit in this? Thanks guys for any and all advice!

We don't have a T Rowe growth fund by name...I'm in Vanguard Intl growth. Most of the T Rowe options are the brief Retirement Funds.

I have some of the same options. I hadn't paid too much attention. I just tried to get a diversified and somewhat balanced portfolio. I then saw this Frontline piece a few days ago and I'm now going to go back (after the holidays) and really take a look at these funds to see which ones are charging the most fees versus their return.
