Health Insurance Plan Choice-- Need Advice

My employer now offers 3 health insurance plans. A high deductible ($3000/$7350 Max OOP) plan, standard plan ($1500/$6000 Max OOP medical only) and premium plan ($500/$2500 Max OOP combined medical & Rx).
All 3 plans include preventive care covered at 100% no copay, no deductible, no coinsurance.
I'm not really considering the high deductible plan. I can't decide between the Standard plan which would be $300/month for my wife and I or the Premium Plan, which would be $500/month for wife & I.
The premium has $20 copay for PCP office visit/ Standard is $25.
Premium has $50 specialist copay/Standard is $60
Urgent Care for premium $20/ Standard is $25
ER Visit with premium is $200 then 100% covered/ Standard is $125 per visit then 20% AFTER deductible.
Inpatient Hospital is 10% after deductible with premium/ 20% after deductible with standard.
All lab testing is free with either plan.
Up until this past year, I've never had any unexpected medical emergencies or health problems, but I am getting older (almost middle aged) and I'm fairly active with hiking, mountain biking, kayaking etc... The premium is about $2400 more a year. I just don't know if it's worth it yet.
Any advice?

How much freedom/choice of practitioner do you enjoy? That was always a huge appeal for us

Sounds like standard is best value. If you aren't going to use it much then premium definitely isn't needed.

Are you eligible for an HSA with the HDHP? If you don't use health insurance much would it make more sense to put the premium amount in the HSA to use in the future? In my case I have a HDHP which is free through my company (preventative is 100% paid by company). Instead of paying for a traditional plan I just set aside the premium amount into an HSA. I see it as saving the traditional premium instead of throwing it away each month.

I would go with the standard. If your disciplined and responsible with your money you can use savings for unexpected emergencies and if none come up you get to keep your money.

I get to pick either United Healthcare or Cigna. All of my doctors are in network.
Think I'll go with the standard. Maybe when I'm older and begin having "procedures" etc I'll opt into the premium.

Any particular reason why? I've chosen the UHC for the last 5 yrs as they seem to have a bigger provider network. I haven't had any complaints so far.
