I have always heard that North Carolina was the slowest to refund...but Louisiana does not disappoint per usual

filed in january. got mine 4 weeks later.
however, i was told that it was going to take longer than normal because of discrepancies.

Mine was quick last year. I had to file an extension this year.
Make sure you don't have any outstanding liens. Louisiana said I owed money (I didn't) from a previous year in taxes and they grabbed ALL of my federal returns back in 2008. I had to submit proof showing that I didn't owe (which I did) and it took my an additional 2-3 weeks to get my federal return.

I Filed in Feb and just now got my Federal 
I had an identity theft attempt using my social last year so they put my return though the ringer to verify that it actually was me.

Mississippi here and haven't received my state refund yet. Filed March 6th. My state return is like $300+. Just keep waiting, I guess.

Filed mine Mar. 10. They owe me 200. I have no idea because it's direct deposit. Wish they mailed it so I'd know when it arrives.

So nobody that filed for the State Refund Jan 31-March 15 hasnt recieved their refund.....aside from me...great.

Filed about 3 weeks ago for 2010 and 2011 (which I had forgotten to do) and got both debit cards last week.
Haven't done 2012. Sorry I got your money.

If you filed a paper return, it will take a couple months. This happened to me 2 years ago, so I now file electronic. This year I filed electronic 2 weeks ago and the direct deposit showed up this morning.

I filed my online. In the online instructions it says expect 16 weeks if you do not do direct deposit, and something like 7-10 days if you go with direct deposit. I did direct deposit and it was in my account within 2 weeks.

I filed right around Mardi Gras, had the money direct deposited in my account by the end of the month.
