I'm contrarian on this. I don't think they will, matter of fact I don't think they will until Europe shows some improvement.

I'm trying to lock in a mortgage rate for fear there will be a bump after this announcement. Damn lender hasn't returned my calls or email over the past 36 hours

I personally don't think the Fed will raise rates until early 2016.
CNBC's Ron Insana (who is usually on the money) said yesterday he doesn't see a rate hike until next year.
