Estate Sale Help

My parents house in BR is soon to be empty . Full of collectibles and antiques. Does anyone have a recommendation in the area that I can call to conduct an estate sale ? TIA

I see that there are a few listed,was hoping to narrow it down before having to interview each to find out their policy.

I've been to some and the people that run them are sometimes a bit odd, but it is an estate sale.
There is a lot of time spent researching the items to get an accurate price and if you can do that then you can ideally sell the big ticket items on your own.
