Did you get a refund from your previous insurance policy once you cancelled?

Nevermind, saw the answer. Your refund probably was not enough to cover them paying 2 ins premiumand in same year out of escrow. they should have sent you an escrow analysis worksheet outlying the previous 12 months and the projected 12.

My mortgage requires me to be able to cover the payments as well as have a certain dollar amount or percentage within the escrow account all times.

I get this letter every year. But mine is supposedly because my property tax is going up every year. Last year was damn near $700...this year was like $350 or so.
