Earnings Season

Boeing and Lockheed Martin hit their targets. Government spending involved in both these companies.

Some Notable Missed Targets: UPS, Google, CAT, DuPont and Xerox. Not sure about McDonalds? Scary, seems across all sectors corporate earningings are being missed?

Also, Dow Chemical announces 2,300 layoffs by end of 2014. That one raised an eye because of the BR plant?

All my oil stocks are falling due to oil prices- I'm not even getting hammered on earnings. It sucks because I work in accounting for an oil service company and I know almost all the companies in the sector are making a ton of money. Day rates are way up and expenses for service companies are getting pretty low

Most of them will be in Europe, I believe.
