We've sold the house and bought 3.3 acres in Maurice. Looking for a reputable contractor to contact. Who do you recommend or who to avoid? TIA

i'd start by checking out the GC's who are with the home builders association in that area.

These guys will be higher but will also typically go further to make you a satisfied customer.

Great, honest guy. Extremely thourough in comparison to other GC's I've dealt with throughout the building process. Budget/progress reports every Friday that are extremely accurate and organized. Came within 1500 of the quoted price and that was with changes throughout.
