I'm looking to possibly buy a lot with cash. What should I expect to pay in closing costs? Lot is less than $20,000.

With title, $750 for title co fees give or take a 100. Without title, $400 give or tAke a 100. Figures include recording in EBRP and surrounding parishes.

The same as closing costs on any other real estate transaction less lender fees.

Thanks guys! Just looked at the paperwork from when I closed on my house earlier this year and $1k seems about right when you subtract out the lenders fees, homeowners insurance, etc. I didn't even think about looking at that until someone mentioned it.

Just make sure you are getting a title opinion if its $1k.
