Calumet Specialty Products Partners (CLMT) - anyone have some info on them?

I've had it on an energy watch list for a couple of years or more. Jimmy "Creamer" recommended it in the mid 30's. I tracked it just so I could make fun of him (not a fan of "Mr. Windbag"). Outrageous yield since coming down from the 30's, 20's and now into the teens. All I know is their business and that they have a negative return on equity and are losing about $1.40/share. Nice pop today though. Have you heard something?

Ol' Jimmy is pretty good at "unrecommending" dogs before they drop dead. I don't keep up with him as much these days, so I don't know if he dropped this one before it imploded or not. Let me see if I can do it justice:

I heard they bought a drilling muds company back in 2014.. well we all know what oil has done.
