I have vision insurance and a $130 a frame allowance. Where do the money savvy members of this forum fill their eyeglass prescriptions?

I usually get the contacts with my insurance then my doc offers some $80 frames and lens for spare glasses.
I changed this year though, I'm about to get some Ray-Bans, will pay the difference
