Nothing. Sold everything 2-3 weeks ago except for house. Too much uncertainty for foreseeable future.

BCS down another 20%+

Was under $7.00 premarket.

Is insolvency going to be an issue with these banks or is this really just overreaction?

I just don't see governments allowing a bank to fail these days, but you never know.

It was set at a buy by analysts and was expected to outperform the market in 2016 injure 24th

I've bought down in stages the last two days(not barclays). As you should do in any suspected pullback. You can't time the bottom and will get burned trying.

That article is dumb as frick. Sorry, but it is.

Basically, it lists all the negatives of BCS, then states that BP bounced back after deep water, so go for it.

I'm not saying it's not worth rolling the dice, but the article doesn't state anything rational.
