Who provides the best online tax return services? I usually use eztaxreturn.com but am wondering if there is something better.

Mine isn't too complicated:
2 W-2s
1 1099
2 educational interest deductions
and some work expenses (license renewal, continuing education, etc.)

taxact.com was like $17 the first year for e-file and direct deposit state and federal. After the first year of using it the price dropped to $14. I have been happy with it for simple returns.

The law requires that you be allowed to file your federal return for free if you meet certain income requirements. Where these services make up for that is the fees they charge to file your state tax return(s). Look for the service that charges the least to file the state tax returns.
