This is on you. 0% APR for a period of time at signup is a big deal and is always prominently displayed when you apply for the card. It's not a fine print thing.

2.2% before the changes, and allowed you to cash points in 25 dollar increments instead of 100.

The card is flexible and easy to use, it is just a lot harder to justify the 89 dollar annual fee after they knocked the rewards rate down 0.1%. There citi double cash will give you 2% back with no annual fee.

Basically at 2.1% you have to spend 89k a year to break even with the no annual fee citi card.
