Banks with good 203K type loans for buy/remodel homes

We wont qualify for a 203k, but were interested to see if there are banks out there with conventional programs that we could go for.
In a nut shell, we'd buy the home for a set price and finance it for an additional amount to cover construction......I'm sure the construction would follow the typical draws like any other construction loan.
